To the top is fibrin substance (fluffy pink) and to the bottom are fibroblasts (thin blue lines and blue dots) that make the blood clot more solid and fibrotic over time. Haematoxylin and eosin stained tissue section. Magnification: 100x when printed at 10 centimetres.
