This is the one used for the symptoms of a dry cough. Lemsip is the brand name of a lemon-flavoured mix that includes an analgesic (painkiller) and a decongestant, as well as vitamin C. Nurofen is the brand name of a drug containing the analgesic drug ibuprofen. All three are over-the-counter drugs, available without the need for a prescription.
