Stewart, of Botany-street, Randwick, is veterinary surgeon to the AJC. He pleaded not guilty to having ill-treated a dog between February 1 and February 6. Informant in the cases was the RSPCA. Walter Errol Sydenham an RSPCA inspector, of Stapleton-avenue, Sutherland, said that on February 14 he questioned Stewart about a chow dog alleged to have died at the kennels. March 01, 1947.
