Lacquer room The Frisian stadtholders' lacquer room; Parts of a wall paneling in Chinese lacquerware. Three different Chinese screens; each consisting of twelve sheets; have been processed into a paneling. On the screens landscapes with buildings and figures in relief on black ground. The screens are placed on a paneling of gilded lime wood; decorated with an openwork branch ornament.
