Striped model with a widening in the middle. Symmetrical pattern of a cleaved branch with flowers and leaves and a rose in the middle; applied on machine tulle. The motifs are made in linen with sparingly applied cut-outs and with thin; shiny contour threads. Wire bundles provide relief contours that accentuate petals and leaf veins. This pattern is framed by a wide decorative band along the short side and bottom. From the inside to the outside; this frame consists of a slightly wavy chain of concatenated ovals; applied to the machine tulle. Then a double clasped frame between which is a diamond-shaped ornamental ground of needle lace; with dots and wheel icons at the intersections. The outer; cloaked; frame consists of concatenated half rings with elongated oval rings below; which are alternately clotted in linen and net. The ovals are separated by embossed contour threads and ensure a fine scalloped edge along the collar. Behind the outer frame; some machine grommet is still visible.
