The landscape is a tortured collection of valleys, cracks, grooves, and steep cliffs called scarps. Verona Rupes, also known as the Great Wall of Miranda, is one of these scarps. It is a smooth wall nearly 5 km high, making it the tallest cliff in the Solar System.
