Photographed at the Ragama Rehabilitation Hospital in Sri Lanka, where the Motivation Charitable Trust began a project called Total Rehab in 1997. Total Rehab worked with local organisations to train a team of national trainers, including nursing staff, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, in rehabilitation techniques. In addition, Motivation worked to enhance the supply and quality of rehabilitation equipment, such as wheelchairs.
