Trailing Ratany, Krameria lanceolata, is also known as Three Fans. The latter name is derived from the 3 deep maroon, fanlike stigma lobes within the one inch size flowers. Trailing ratany can be found in grassy prairie habitats from KS and AZ to TX, south into Chihuahua Mexico. Photo taken Dallas County, TX
