Spiral galaxy NGC 1316, also known as Fornax A. This lenticular galaxy is seen with the smaller galaxy NGC 1317 above it. Fornax A is a powerful source of radio waves. Part of the Fornax Cluster, it is around 70 million light years from Earth in the constellation of Fornax. Image obtained on 28 July 2015.
