Sohal surgeonfish (Acanthurus sohal) on a sunken wreck. This fish inhabits the western Indian Ocean, preferring the outer edges of reefs. It feeds on algae, and can reach a length of 40 centimetres. It takes the name surgeonfish from the presence of a sharp spine (orange) on each side of the base of its tail. Photographed in the Egyptian Red Sea.
