Calcinosis cutis on the scrotum of an 82 year old Hispanic male patient. This is the formation of calcium deposit in the skin. It is most often caused by trauma to the area, but may be the result of an infection or underlying disease. Treatment is of the underlying cause. Surgical removal may stimulate further calcification.
