Early gave promise and soon annexed Scottish championship. Then set out for world crown which he took from Jackie Brown; of Manchester. Small Montana; Americas claimant for the honours; fell this year to Lynch. Possessor of a powerful punch the Scot has here sent Montana to the ropes with his left.
