Dennis Horn; centre. Dennis Sutton Horn (centre); shown here with (left) Charles Rampelberg (France) and (right) J E Sibbitt (Great Britain); is one of Britains best sprint cyclists. He jumped into prominence in 1930 by winning the twenty-five miles National championship; and he has won this title five times in all. Winner of both the one mile and five miles events when National Grass championships were held for the first time in 1932. He is also a fine tandem partner.
