Hare, between c1915 and c1920. Shows Thomas Ernest "Ernie" Hare (1883-1939) who was a American singer and radio performer who recorded prolifically during the 1920s and 1930s. He may be climbing the wall that surrounds Central Park on the Fifth Avenue side.
