Comet Nishimura (C/2023 P1) captured about 25 minutes after rising on 10 September 2023 with the sky bright with morning twilight colours. The comet north of the bright star Algieba, at centre right, aka Gamma Leonis. The comet sports a faint ion tail with the comet seemingly pointed toward the sunrise point; it was moving down and closer to the Sun at this time. Photographed from Alberta, Canada
