Nagyagite is a rare sulphide mineral closely associated with gold ores and with gold in its chemical composition. It occurs in hydrothermal gold and tellurium bearing deposits. Its crystal system is monoclinic. Here it is seen embedded on a substrate of rhodochrosite. The overall width of the specimen is 70 mm. Provenance of this specimen is the type locality Nagyag, Romania.
