Neptunea sp. sea snails (spiral shells) and their egg clusters (yellow columns) amongst tubeworms (family Siboglinidae, red) on the sea floor. The hard, chitinous structures that tubeworms inhabit help to anchor the snail eggs in a region of otherwise soft sediment.
