Paleontologists working in the Hanksville-Burpee Dinosaur. This is a fossil excavation site situated in the Morrison Formation of Utah, USA. The site is approximately 46 metres wide and 180 metres long. Excavations have uncovered the remains of at least one carnivorous dinosaur, a plant-eating Stegosaurus, and several sauropods (including Brontosaurus and Brachiosaurus) which are considered the largest animals to have ever lived on the earth.
