Monument to Mignard, c1735. The funerary monument to the 17th century French artist Pierre Mignard was commisioned by his daughter Countess Feuquiere from Jean Baptiste Lemoyne in 1735 for the Church of Jacobins in Paris and heavily vandalised during the Revolution. The figure of Time rises in the air.
