U.S. Superforts Arrive On Goodwill Visit Greeted By Lord Tedder -- Nine American B. 29 Superfortress bombers of No.340 Squadron, 97th Bombardment Group, 15th Army Air Force, landed at the Royal Air Force Station, Marham, Norfolk, on a goodwill visit to Britain at the invitation of the Air Council. They will stay until June 16. The squadron consists of 150 officers and men led by Colonel Charles Sommers, Chief of Staff of the 15th Air Force, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
