'New Order' Leaders Meet in London. Chairman of South Africa's New Order Movement, Oswald Pirow (left) shaking hands with Sir Oswald Mosley, leader of the Union Movement in Britain, at the Union Movement's headquarters in South Eaton Place, S.W. Mr. Pirow flew to England for consultation with Sir Oswald Mosley. The two leaders are believed to be conferring on the possibility of closer contact between their two movements, leading to a closer link between world-wide groups. Mr. Pirow resigned from office as South African Defence Minister when war began against Nazi *****. He was educated in Germany. April 8, 1948.
