British Fascist Leader ***** Falls Unconscious: Sir Oswald Mosley falls after being struck by a stone. Sir Oswald Mosley, the Fascist leader, climbed on a van at Liverpool yesterday afternoon to address a meeting. Answering jeers from the crowd with a wave of his hand, and just about to begin his speech, he fell unconscious. A large jagged stone one of many, had struck him on the temple. Members of his party rushed to his aid and with blood streaming from the would he was taken by ambulance to hospital. October 22, 1937. (Photo by Kosmos Press Bureau (Aust.)).
