Model of Abbey Annexe for the Coronation - This model of Westminster Abbey and the proposed inners that will be constructed for the Coronation was shown to the press by the Minister of Works, Mr. David Eccles, today (Friday). The Annexe, which will cost about ?50,000, will have a tubular steel framework, with external walls of timber and building board, and an asbestos-and-felt roof.
