It is made up of Lord Ailwyn and Lord Teviot chosen by the Lord Chancellor to represent the House of Lords, and Captain Scrymgeour Wedderburn, M.P. and Mr. Jack Lawson, M.P. chosen by the speaker to represent the House of Commons.
