Anti-Reds Capture Rumania's Swiss Legation -- A File picture of the Rumanian Legation in Berne Switzerland. A Platoon of Rumania's anti-communist Resistance Movement, armed with submachineguns and hand grenades, forced the Rumanian legation staff and their wives into the streets of Bern, Switzerland, shortly after 0200 hours today February 15, and occupied the buildings in a desperate bid for the freedom of five political prisoners in Rumania. A Cordon of armed swiss police encircled the Building this morning while police officers attempted to persuade the invaders to surrender.
