The Chelsea Arts Ball Again -- Mr. A. R. Thomson, R. A., at work on his design for the panorama of the Ball. The canvas will be interpreted in terms of a 200 ft science, and the enlargements will be carried out by Alexandre Billbin, the Russian film scenic artist. London artists are already preparing for the first Chelsea Arts all since 1938, to be held in the Albert Hall on New York's Eve. Central theme is to be "Renaissance", and two prominent figures in the art world, Professor Frank Dobson, A.R.A., and Mr. A. R.
