Low Level Attack -- Group captain "Teddy" Donaldson making an extremely low-level mock attack on an anti-craft gun position. Group captain Donaldson is a specialist in this form of attack and when this photo was taken he may not have been more than 15 feet above the gun and was travelling at about 450 M.P.H. It was group captain Donaldson who broke the world's air speed record in a meteor in 1946. Army and Royal Air force manoeuvres in Germany are continuing in the exercise known as operation "Holdfast". September 18, 1952. (Photo by Paul Popper, Paul Popper Ltd.).
