It was Touch And Go What's the connection between a broken arm and lovely young film actress, June Thornburn? Well, the arm belongs to Jack Hawkins and in breaking it he held up shooting of his new film 'Touch and Go' long enough for June to become available for the role as his screen daughter. June was originally favoured to play the part in the Michael Balcon - Ealing Studios picture, but she was then busy with another studio.
