The British Cruiser, Superb, flagship of Vice-Admiral Sir Richard Symonds-Taylor, commander-in-chief of the American and West Indies fleet, arrived at the U.S. Naval Base at Philadelphia, recently on a goodwill visit. The vessel with its crew of 800 officers and man, was spending a week there before going on to New York. The Superb has been visiting various ports on good will missions since July.
