Light micrograph showing the Schlemm canal in the iridocorneal angle. It is an endothelium-lined tube, resembling that of a lymphatic vessel, that collects aqueous humour and delivers it into the episcleral blood vessels. It is located above the trabecular meshwork. Below it are the anterior chamber, ciliary body, the iris (both very pigmented) and the posterior chamber.
