City of Angerm黱de; local district (village) Biesenbrow: village church; built in 13th century with fieldstones in Gothic style; rebuilt 1727 in Baroque style; rebuilt after fire of 1909 in 1912; with church tower; built 1739; 1791 and 1842; Biesenbrow is birth place of Ehm Welk (Emil Welk; 1884-1966); author of the novel "The pagans of Kummerow"; published in 1937. The plot is between 1900 and 1910 and located in Biesenbrow (= Kummerow).
