Case/Wristband: Box made of horn; gilded fittings; later set in red; dial enamel; Roman numerals; tritium coated; Arabic 5 minute markers.. Total Weight: ca. 136.0 g. Measurement: Box: 70 x 58 mm; Watch: ?37 mm. Description: Full plate movement with verge escapement; engraved and openworked balance cock; chain/worm drive; fine regulation on the back of the movement via small sub-dial. Domed dial with winding hole at "2"; stylised and gilded brass hands. Case back of the movement glazed in the lid; so that the movement is visible. Running; but in need of overhaul. Slight damage to the winding hole. Hands modern. :Movement: good conditions scratched in need of revision; traces of repairs. Dial: good condition; slightly chipped; original hands. Case: good condition; scratched; very worn; case changed; slightly damaged; tear at hinge; tears in decor/enamel.Art trade; Van Ham.
