Shoki carries a huge rosary which encloses a crowd of domestic figures from a mounted "Samurai" to children playing with toys. To the rear of each contender is a crowd of pale supporting troops, those of Shoki with single calligraphic characters in soap bubble-heads, and for the Squid, with human to animal faces.
