Poland; Wroclaw; Four Domes Pavilon (Museum of Contemporary Art): detail of "Wyrazy" ("Words"); 1954 realized by Maria Jarema (1908 - 1958); tempera; monotype; paper; canvas; The Four Domes Pavilon was built 1911 - 1913 by architect Hans Poelzig as an exhibition building for the Centennial Exhibition (German: Jahrhundertausstellung) in Breslau (today: Wroclaw) 1913. In 2006; it became UNESCO World Heritage. After World War II; it was used for film productions. Since 2016; it houses the Museum of Contemporary Art; part of the National Museum Wroclaw. It shows Polish art from 1945 until 21st century.
