Hagen; Osthaus Museum; municipal art museum for modern art in the evening; in 1898 the Hagen industrialist and art patron Karl Ernst Osthaus commissioned the architect Carl G閞ard to build the museum. The interior construction was carried out from 1900 onwards after plans by Henry van de Velde.
