Gold 18 carat. Coloured; partially translucent enamel.
Slim; oval shape with hinged lid. Along the edges; double bordure made of opalescent
enamel beads. On dark blue; translucent; guilloch?ground; elevated oval with enamel
plaque showing Venus with a shield with two flaming hearts. In front of her Cupid with a
burning torch.
Weight: 166g.
Measurement: 3x10x5;5cm.
Mark: Markes in the manner of the parisian leaser Julien Alaterre; A with crown; maker's mark "LFT" for Les Fr鑢es Toussaint (1752-1803).
