Poland; city of Kamien Pomorski: restored wooden ship wreck (19th century) between medieval city wall and Marina; harbour city of Kamien Pomorski; former (until 1945) German Cammin in Pommern; also called Kammin in Pommern or shortly Kammin; dates back to an old Slavic walled castle; first mentioned in 1107. After 1124 and 1128; time of visits of bishop Otto von Bamberg; the place became seat of the bishops of Stettin-Cammin (Szczecin-Kamien Pomorski) and was fortified.
