Tuscany; Panzano in Chianti; Antica Macelleria (historic butchery) Cecchini: pure Burro del Chianti ("butter of Chianti area") in the butchery shop; 1976; Dario Cecchini took over the butchery (macelleria) from his fahter. In the 1990s and starting 2000s; Dario Cecchini became famous in the whole of Tuscany as the "defender of Bistecca Fiorentina (Florentine steak)"; using traditional recipes for producing. Today; he runs two restaurants aside the butchery; each evening crowded with fans of him and his steaks. There are also vegetarian dishes.
