Schaffhausen. Ca. 1982. IWC; the design by Ernst Fuchs (1930-2015).
Bronze patinated. Round base with garlands and maskarons on round adjustable feet; lateral three winding holes for movement and striking work; as well as for adjusting the hands. The rotating chapter ring with 24 hour adjustment; thereon the so-calles Janus-head with two face depictions; the female face symbolzing day; the male face symbolizing night. IWC Unruhwerk with one-week winding period; half-hour-chime on two bells. Height 67cm.
On the chapter ring inscribed. Condition B. Papers and water level missing.Art trade; Van Ham.
