LARGE SILVER PRESENTOIR WITH ACANTHUS DECOR.

Silver. On four small feet large round platter with very wide scalloped edge. The lateral handles worked in shape of acanthus volutes; in between large opposed blossom. The outer rim as well as the rim of the raised middle with laurel and cross band decor. Ca. 3540g. Height 5.5cm; ?45.5cm.
Parisian warranty mark for standard 950 (Rosenberg no.5880); Mon Odiot Paris; maker's mark Maison Odiot (1825-1894). Condition A/B.Art trade; Van Ham.
