In 2000; a private sponsor bought this area for the NGO from the descendants of the family; living in Australia. Since 2000; the area is called "Jugendbegegnungs- und Pfadfindercamp B鋜engrund". All structures; including 10 bungalows; are original from GDR times; the tea house is of the 1930s. There is also an original multicar on the grounds; still working.
