Syngman Rhee talks of World War III -- Dr. Syngman Rhee, South Korean president, after a speech to the American congress on July 30th. Speaking from the ***** of the methodist foundry Church, Washington yesterday, Dr. Syngman Rhee, President of South Korea, asked the United States for enough money to raise a force of 1.500.000 men to "Do God's Bidding" and drive the communists from North Korea.
