New Cable Repair Ship Launched -- Into the water at her launching from the Neptune Shipyard, Newcastle on Tyne, on May 3, slides the 3,300-tons C.S. Recorder, the Commonwealth's most modern cable repair ship. She was built for Cable and Wireless and is the largest vessel in their fleet of eight cable ships. The Recorder was christened by Mrs. L.
