Colonel Charles Sweeney -- Group Captain Charles Sweeney is the Honorary Commanding Officer of the Royal Air Force (Eagle) Fighter Squadron Which has all American volunteer pilots. Born in San Francisco, California, he achieved fame fighting for France in the Foreign Legion in the war of 1914-1918.
