Berkeley Officer Develops Robot Rouges Gallery -- A "Robot Rogues's Gallery," which Jingles out a photograph in a few minutes from a file of hundreds of thousands is the invention of officer Anthony Bledsoe Berkeley police statistician. It is similar to the Automatic Finger printing file cards used by the FBI and operates by a series of holes punched in cards attached to pictures.
