The boys of "The homes for Little Boys" at Farningham, Kent, received the thrill of their young lives, when to-day VJ-2 Day) Field Marshal Sir Bernard L. Montgomery, paid them a visit, before leaving for Germany. The Field Marshal became President of the Homes on May 3rd., the day when German officers came to him to discuss terms, and also the day when he sent them his Union Jack which was flown on his car in Germany.
