Knitting Needle Sheath to commemorate the Battle of the Dogger Bank; The round; tapered sheath has a profiled upper edge and a dense upper side with a small round opening for the knitting needle. It is entirely adorned with stamping technique with two equal medallions; crowned with a bow; with the bust of schout-by-night Arnold Zoutman; above which the name Zoutman. Below each medallion there is a trophy of an anchor; an arrow and a halberd; above an intersecting anchor and flag on a roughened ground. Below is a garland with a medallion with the Dutch lion with the sword and the seven arrows. Below that is an edge of C-volutes; closed at the bottom by a smooth band. The entire decoration is repeated below.
