The wall is made up of a straight; ribbed band and a smooth arched section; along which a cable edge runs at the top. There are three cylindrical; low holders with profiled lower and upper edges on the raised central part of the blade. Three barrel-shaped jars of colorless glass fit in; decorated with a polished diamond pattern. The middle pot has a fixed silver lid; in which a pattern is sawn from a stylized flower surrounded by asterisks. A smooth silver ring is mounted on the neck of the other two; on which a silver lid fits. This has a straight wall with a profile edge at the bottom and a cable edge at the top; and a slightly curved top. The middle pot is intended for sand; the other two for ink. The three holders are fixed under the bottom of the tray by means of a long pin.
