Painted on the enamel in enamel colors and gold. On the belly two birds in a landscape; one on a branch and the other on the ground. On the right a bouquet and scattering flowers. On the edge a band with napkin work; including golden tendrils. The curled ear is set with gold and ends in a palmet. The cover with stray flowers has the same band with napkin work; cover button in the shape of a fruit branch (pear).
