Folding screen with five frames covered with batik edging; Five-part mahogany folding screen. The five straight frames rest directly on the floor. The four side windows are all provided with a band on the top; inlaid with ebony; with larger triangles hanging on the posts and smaller on the lines. The middle window has an attachment and two; slightly raised; pillars and a lower top line. Between the top line and the attachment is an ebony panel with a piping inlaid with ivory on the top. The attachment has the shape of a segment-shaped pediment and contains ebony inlays in the form of two bull horns with five hanging points in between that are inlaid with triangles and circles of ivory. The frames are covered with batik rip. The batiks on the front and back are mirrored relative to each other. The side panels contain geometric shapes and the middle panel the Dutch Lion. The central panel is red; the intermediate panels yellow and the side panels blue.
